365/90 Exchanges & Returns; How We Ship

You can return anything within 90 days, or you can exchange for Y.Chroma credit within 365 days.  We ship via DHL and FedEx.

 

How We Handle Exchanges

  • You’re welcome to exchange anything you buy from us within 365 days of the day you receive your order.

  • Exchange requests should be sent to . We'll be glad to take care of it.

  • Shipping on exchanges is usually free of charge.

How We Handle Returns

  • You’re welcome to return anything you buy from us within 90 days of the day you receive the respective order. You'll be credited back the amount of the original purchase, less any shipping charges involved.

  • Return shipping is generally about $29.

How We Handle Shipping

We ship our products directly from the Y.Chroma Studios in Lisbon, so your package will arrive from Lisbon with love!

  • Shipping is FREE on orders of 3+ items, including all duties and taxes.

  • For smaller orders, no-surprises international delivery starts at $29. That takes into account all shipping from Lisbon and all taxes/duties paid. No surprise charges when your package arrives.

  • Delivery via DHL or FedEx can usually reach any place in the world in 1-6 days from shipping date, usually 2-3.

  • It generally takes us less than 48 hours to prepare your order, often the next business day.  Note that your order might arrive in separate boxes.

  • If we have any reason why we can’t ship a product to you, we’ll notify you by email right away.
