OUTFIT OF THE DAY #128
How do our clothes look on a “non-model”?
Looks from my daily life here at Y.Chroma HQ in Lisbon in hopes they inspire you.
Macau Red, Dark Soybean and Midnight Blue - a fall combination worth knowing
Lads, I wore this combination at our Workshop Saturday event last week (you can still check it out here) and it was one of my favs.
Macau Red Madeira French Linen Long Sleeve Polo on top, Dark Soybean Retinol Pant 2026 Edition on the bottom, and the Midnight Blue Drücken Track Jacket as the layer.
Macau Red is one of our newest colors and I have to tell you - it behaves beautifully in the Madeira French Linen Polo. The long sleeve version has everything you already know: the structured collar that frames your face and never sags - precision-sewn, interlined with a paper-thin canvas so it holds its shape all day. The cuffs lined with Cognac Silk™ so you never get those “sausage roll cuffs” when you roll the sleeves.
Hidden suit-style anchor buttons keep the collar positioned perfectly. And the Normandy flax-origin linen fabric breathes and drapes properly all day. Macau Red is a strong color that the linen handles with real elegance.
The Dark Soybean Retinol Pant 2026 Edition on the bottom does what it always does. The wrinkle-resistant Milan-milled fabric that looks sharp throughout the day. The Y.Chroma waistband - reinforced, built higher, with the elastic panel hidden in the back that moves with your body throughout the day. Redesigned back pockets that tuck completely flat. Cognac Silk™ lining throughout. Dark Soybean and Macau Red work wonderfully together on their own - but I added the Midnight Blue Drücken Track Jacket on top and the whole combination took on a different dimension.
The Drücken Track Jacket has a highly performant fabric built for work - but designed to work just as well at the office or anywhere else the day takes you. Camera metal zippers and pulls, built to the same standard as the rest of the piece. Midnight Blue and Macau Red together read as serious and considered. The kind of combination that works as fall comes in, even on the warmer days we still have.
This is the look. Enjoy it.
