You can return anything within 90 days, or you can exchange for Y.Chroma credit within 365 days (terms & conditions apply). We ship via DHL and FedEx.
How We Handle Exchanges
Change of mind, size issue, color preference – we’ve got you covered:
- You can exchange any item within 365 days of receipt, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and with its original tag.
- Requests are quick and simple via our Return & Exchange Portal.
- Need guidance on sizing or availability? Reach out to us anytime at care@ychroma.com, and our team will personally assist you.
- Shipping for exchanges is free, ensuring your replacement pieces arrive without added cost.
How We Handle Returns
If something isn’t right, returning it is straightforward:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method/ store credit/ Refund to Gift card + 10% added value.
- Refunds are issued after we inspect the returned items and confirm they meet our restocking standards.
- Standard return shipping fee is $29, which covers careful handling, transit and customs.

How We Handle Shipping
Every Y.Chroma piece leaves our Lisbon Studios with attention to detail:
- Orders of 2+ items receive free shipping, including all duties and taxes.
- Shipping is $29 for any orders, fully covering all taxes and duties.
- We ship via DHL or FedEx, usually reaching your location in 2–3 days, or within 1–6 days for international deliveries (customs delays are beyond our control).
- Orders are prepared within 48 hours, often the next business day, and may arrive in multiple packages to ensure each item is protected.
- If a product cannot be shipped, we’ll notify you immediately by email, keeping you informed every step of the way.
Policy Note - We value the flexibility of our return and exchange policy, which is rarely misused. In the rare instances it is, we reserve the right to decline a return or exchange at our discretion.
